Yin Yoga and Acupuncture

Join us for a unique wellness experience! Participants will experience a full Yin Yoga practice entirely on your mat, with the support of bolsters to help your body melt into each pose, accompanied by the soothing sounds of a live crystal bowl sound bath.

For optimum relaxation, poses will be held for 30 seconds or up to 3 minutes while sound bowls help sooth the parasympathetic nervous system. When settling into your final pose, Savasana, your acupuncturist, Bronwyn Clark, will offer the gift of several acupuncture points (or acupressure if you prefer) to deepen your relaxation and your awareness of the connection between mind and body.

Yin is a practice in stillness and focuses on flexibility, patience, and ease. The poses target deep connective tissue, and this style of yoga is accessible to practitioners of all levels.

Come join us to stretch and ease your body, settle into Yin, then return to your evening feeling refreshed and renewed. Space is limited to 10 participants

Sign up in advance and bring your friends to share in an experience that is physical, energetic and rejuvenating!
