Low Back Workshop
Offered by Beth Wolfe and Bronwyn Clark, this small-group workshop focuses on easing general lower back discomfort caused by tightness and inactivity, with a focused emphasis on the lumbar spine.
Through gentle, therapeutic yoga and individualized guidance, students will learn supportive movement to reduce tension and restore mobility. Each participant will receive personalized attention trough movement, as well an acupuncture and cupping treatment. Acupuncture will be 10-15 minutes in a private room, gentle and effective!

Serene Sleep Experience
Offered by Flavia Bianchi and Bronwyn Clark, this class will eliminate the "Sunday Scaries" and invite the best night's sleep as you start the week!
- 40 Minutes of Movement designed for all ages and body types - Yoga Inspired Practices for Sleep enhancement
- 15 Minutes of Guided Imagery and Acupuncture Point Placement
- 20 Minute Sound Bath featuring Crystal and Alchemy Bowls - Clearing and calming the Central Nervous System, arriving in Theta Brain Waves

Yin Yoga and Acupuncture
Join Beth Wolfe and Bronwyn Clark for a collaborative class combining 60 minutes of Yin Yoga and 30 minutes of Acupuncture.
For optimum relaxation, participants hold yoga poses for 1-3 minutes. Poses target deep connecive tissue, are supported by blocks and bolsters, and this style of yoga is accessible to practitioners of all levels.
During the final resting pose, Savasana, Bronwyn Clark will offer the gift of 4 acupuncture points (or acupressure if you prefer) to deepen your relaxation and restore balance in your mind and body.

Beth Wolfe, E-RYT 500, is a DC-area based trauma-informed yoga teacher, who teaches a variety of yoga styles. She has over 10 years of experience teaching private clients, groups, specialty classes, and workshops.
Flavia Bianchi, a student of yoga for over 20 years and a 200-Hour certified teacher (RYT - 200), teaching across the DMV.
